Hong Kong/New Territories is an entry in Wikitravel; sadly, so far pathetic re country parks and scenic areas, which are surely the greatest attractions here.

The New Territories by Frommers also makes no real attempt to get off the beaten track (the KCR does not get you to major destinations – try using it alone to reach Sai Kung Peninsula, say).
