The Best Bus Ride in Hong Kong: Mui Wo to Ngong Ping, Lantau

This thread discusses the Content article: The Best Bus Ride in Hong Kong: Mui Wo to Ngong Ping, Lantau Island
I am wondering how long this bus ride takes. We will be leaving from Kowloon, probably in the afternoon after seeing Victoria Harbor. Since it is getting dark early if the trip is too long we may not be able to go. I will be doing this in early Dec.
Thanks!
Linda

Hi Linda:
Sorry about the idiot post that apppeared (just noticed and removed; ho0pe you didn't check back and find it).
You must first catch ferry from Central, around half an hour; then bus around 40 mins to Ngong Ping.
