Where to buy beach tents in Hong Kong?

could you possibly tell me where I can buy a beach tent in the wan chai /causeway bay area? you know, one of these "half" tents that have no closing door. i want to go to the beach with my baby and not want to worry about the sun grilling him. also do you know if it is legal to put one of these tents up on a beach for a couple of hours?

sorry, don't know this (hence, forum - which at times others respond to)
don't think there are legal issues; certainly people camp on beaches such as Tai Long Wan, Sai Kung. Maybe easiest outside areas covered by lifeguards - either side of the floating protected area markers
