Info there says:

The project adopts the globally-shared Green Map System to produce a green map for Hong Kong, identifying places and locations that are relevant to a sustainable city life, and introducing the natural and cultural resources to the general public.

From website, you can download copies of the map for viewing on computer and for printing. Info is chiefly in Chinese.
